Don’t’ overload any parcel, instead make several smaller parcels, so that during loading and unloading process the chances of parcel damage is minimized.

4) Keep a count of each item inside the parcel

1) Parcel prepared by you is weighed again

           Once your parcel is delivered at your Surat office, it is again weighed to calculate the overall cost of the delivery. We have a 60 kilograms capacity inhouse, where you need not go anywhere, we will do that for you.

2) Receipt is prepared including Delivery Address, Rate, Amount and your firm’s name

 

  

        
              After the measurement and weight, an estimate of the overall cost is calculated by us, NO HIDDEN CHARGES, after this, two receipts are generated, one is given to you including all the details of the parcel and your current address in Surat and delivery address with date of delivery and another similar to this, but for our Mumbai office, where the parcel is to be delivered. On both the receipts, your signature and contact numbers are required for authentication purposes.
         
This receipt is then given to our driver and reaches with your parcel at our Mumbai Office. Preparation of receipt gives us and you a sense of relief, because we always prefer paper work to be our top priority, customer satisfaction being the second. 

3) Loaded on Transport Vehicle


        Until this, your work is over. Now it is our turn to load your parcel in our transport vehicle careful and making it ready for departure. 
         Proper care is taken during rainy season as well, so that the climate must not affect the parcel if the time. 

4) Same day parcel departure from our Surat office

          As and when we receive your parcel, all the paperwork is duly completed and we start loading all the parcels together in the vehicle and ready for delivery. Proper loading and unloading measures are taken care of, so that no to little damage occur to any of the parcels.
